Reminders - Only three Days left to submit your app for the Zero to One Hackathon by Convex Vol 2
Only three days are left to complete your submission for the Zero to One Hackathon by Convex.
Submissions are due Tuesday, September 17th, at 11:00 AM PTD.
This is a reminder to join the Convex Discord #hackathon channel for all support, clarifications, envelope-pushing, and humble-bragging.
Bonus points for the Most Viral App on X or LinkedIn consideration if you have submitted your app in the Discord "Show and Tell" channel.
Please know the following rules to ensure your submission is eligible for consideration.
- Provide a public URL of your working app.
- Provide a public URL to your code repository for judging.
- If private, please share with wayne@convex.dev
- Include a video (it should be 3 minutes long) demonstrating how your app works and the data in the Convex dashboard.
- Videos must be uploaded to YouTube, Vimeo, or another server with a public URL
- Your complete submission form on Devpost before the final deadline.
- Please check the Official Rules for full details.
Suggested Video Demo Outline
- Overview of Your App (20 sec elevator pitch)
- Please provide a brief overview of your app in a concise one-liner, explaining its core functionality.
- Working App Demo
- Demonstrate the functionality of your app using a public URL (CLI or browser), not localhost.
- Utilization of Convex
- Showcase how your app integrates with and utilizes the Convex and show us your Convex dashboard.
- Convex Features Highlight
- Highlight specific features of Convex that your app leverages to enhance its functionality.
- Technology Stack Used (20 sec)
- Mention the tech stack you used to build your app
- Team or Solo Builder Information and roles (20 sec)
- Clearly state whether you developed the app individually or as part of a team.
